Fly Fishing Lesson — $120 Spend an hour on the water with a local instructor who knows this creek the way most people know their own backyard. You'll cover the basics of casting with two practice fly rods included in the instruction — no experience needed. Just show up and let it slow you down. You will be able to continue using the rods for the duration of your stay.
ATV Rentals — $300 per ATV/ stay (not per day)
Schley Adventures, LLC brings two brand-new ATVs right to the property for the duration of your stay. Explore the trails, cover some ground, and find your own version of the place. Riders must be 18 or older and sign a waiver on arrival. Two ATVs available — first come, first served.
On-Site Massage — $330/hour on-site · $100/hour in Tylertown
A licensed massage therapist comes to you, right here on the property — creek views included. An intake form is sent ahead of time so your session starts without the small talk and your therapist knows your preferences. Prefer to head into town? In-studio sessions are available in Tylertown at $100/hour.
Private Chef — Pricing varies by menu and guest count
A local chef comes to the cabin and cooks a home-style meal from scratch — the kind of food that tastes like someone actually made it. Pricing depends on what you're in the mood for and how many mouths you're feeding. Reach out when you book and we'll get the details sorted.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out — $50 each
Get here a little sooner. Leave a little later. Available on select weekend stays and must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Sometimes the best part of a trip is not watching the clock.
